Returns And Refunds
Are you Unsatisfied with your purchase?
At The Ummatis, we value our customers and are dedicated to providing the best possible service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us as soon as you receive your purchase, to arrange a return and refund. The item must be returned within 20 days after you receive them. No returns will be accepted after this time frame.
Item arrived damaged/faulty:
We make sure that the item doesn't have any fault before we dispatch every order so there is a very less possibility of any major fault. However, if you still receive items that are faulty then please contact us as soon as you become aware of the fault or within 5 days of receiving your purchase. We will assist you to arrange a return and refund.
For this nature of return, customer will be paid shipping back cost after assesing. See Return Postage policy below.
If the items are retuned back with clear wear/tear, perfume, makeup/skincare residue we cannot issue a full refund, and a member of staff will assess the value to be deducted based on severity and dry cleaning costs the issue will incur. If the item is returned damage we reserve the right to refuse a refund and you will be given an option to collect or pay for the postage back to yourself.
Customer is suppose to pay return shipping initially while sending the product back. Please keep the proof of postage/shipping cost with you. Once we will receive the items, we will assess them and if the criteria is met, we will pay shipping cost directly to customer. Please note that we only refund for standard shipping and not any special shipping services paid by the customer.
No shipping fees will be refunded for slight difference of color.
If the product has been returned in its original condition and is accepted for a refund we will then process the Refund. This may take up to 10 days depending on the nature of the return, the country the return is from and the customer’s payment method.
